Return , Refund and Cancelation

Please check your sizes on the Size Chart before you place the order. We allow returns only for printing or manufacturing errors.

We don’t take return and don’t  Provide refund of custom products.

Replacement and Refund for any order will not be processed without sharing photographic and videography evidence of your faulty product. So please share photo and video evidence before replacement or refund.

Once we have received the products and our internal quality check has been carried out, the product amount will be made in Fashion Redefined wallet and will credit within 10 working days.

If the product received has the exterior box/cover tampered with, DO NOT ACCEPT IT.
Instead, snap a picture and share it with us while rejecting it, which may help us place a fresh order before the damaged one is returned to us for inquiry. If the product is received in fine condition but the inside product is damaged, we will assist you in managing it; however, if the opening video is available, we will assist you in sending the replacement order without question.

Shipping Charges / Partial COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges won’t be refunded if you don’t accept the parcel.

If an order is placed on our website and your payment is deducted, but your order is cancelled for any reason (Personal Request, Design Issue, ext.,) we will reimburse your money within 7-10 working days.

The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

1. Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.

3. Any product that does not have the UPC (Universal Product Code) along with its original packaging.

In case of dissatisfactions of products please share some photographic/videography evidence of received product to our Whatsapp Number. Once our quality team will check and confirm the issue refund or replacement of product will initiate within 48 hours.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order an e-mail to will deliver the same item that you order If you forget or do not Cancel refund/replace of order will not take place.

In case you have already paid for your order, refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order. (As per Bank/Payment gateway norms.)
